Cancellation Policy (For Daily Scheduled Service)
If your flight is delayed or cancelled you will be accommodated on the next available shuttle with available seating at no extra charge on the date you were originally scheduled or the following day. If your flight arrives early we will try to accommodate you for that situation as well. All times are in LOCAL times: Chicago is in Central Standard Time and West Lafayette is in Eastern Standard Time.
We do not cancel our daily shuttle trips due to minimum participant requirements. When you book with us, you are guaranteed of a ride. Yes, also if you are the only passenger.
You may change your trip date and time to any other available trip, however there will be a $5 change fee and please note that this can only be processed during office hours (9am-5pm CST Mo-Fri)!!! Unused reservations may only be changed up to 24 hours after the reserved trip. RESERVATIONS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. Please note that EAC Charter, EAC Tours and EAC Campus Shuttle have their own Policies.
Baggage Restrictions (For Daily Scheduled Service)
Each passenger is allowed two (2) checked parcels/luggage, one (1) carry-on item, and one (1) personal carry-on item (i.e. purse, laptop computer). If you exceed these quantities, you will be charged $10.00 for each additional piece. In addition, you must notify Express Air Coach in advance in order to guarantee space for the luggage. Please indicate any excess luggage when making your reservation. The maximum weight for any parcel/luggage is seventy (70) pounds (32 Kg). The maximum size for any parcel/luggage is 60 in. x 24 in. x 36in. (152cm x 61cm x 91cm). Please note that EAC Charter, EAC Tours and EAC Campus Shuttle have their own Policies.
We are PCI compliant, which means we process and transmit credit card information in a secure environment. We do NOT store credit card information. Your email address will only be used for direct communication between Express Air Coach and you.
No one under the age of 17 can travel alone without being accompanied by an adult.
Animals will not be transported, except guide dogs.
EAC is not responsible for lost or damaged luggage. EAC is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. EAC is not responsible for delayed arrivals or departures due to unforeseen mechanical mishaps, road conditions, weather, or acts of God.
Express Air Coach reserves the right to refuse service to persons intoxicated or exhibiting inappropriate, rude or disruptive behavior to any employee or customer of Express Air Coach.
Schedule runs on demand. Trips with no passengers booked may be cancelled at the discretion of Express Air Coach. No shuttle service available on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day.
